I always say bridal pictures are my favorite and Anna’s session at Biedenharn Museum & Gardens was nothing short of a favorite location for bridals. Biedenharn provided the perfect setting for Anna’s style of a classic beauty.

I love the opportunity of spending the afternoon with a bride in her gown…it is usually something that will not happen the day of the wedding due to all the other festivities that are happening.

Spring engagement pictures at Black Bayou are a no brainer – you can’t mess up with the beautiful light and spring foliage everywhere! Throw in Anna & Luke and you have perfect engagement photos.

Anna & Luke met in high school and will have a lifetime of stories to tell their family, as high school sweethearts, college/military stories, wedding and travels, and many other adventures to come.

Morgan & Blaine drove in from Arkansas for their Kiroli Park engagement session and it was a beautiful day at the park…compared to our first originally scheduled session with snow involved!

We loved chatting with these two and watching them being themselves in between pictures and locations…it is an honor to be a part of their love story! This session was as sweet as it looks.

Choosing a location or venue for your wedding is a big decision…where should you get married and what should you consider when choosing your dream wedding location?

On vacation, do you love walking around and shopping the streets of a busy city? Is waking up with a cup coffee and sitting out on a rustic porch overlooking the mountains something you dream about? Maybe spending the evening watching the sunset disappear behind the ocean horizon is your thing.

This was the first time we had photographed a wedding at the beautiful Molto Bella Wedding & Events venue and let me tell you, it’s fabulous! Everywhere you look there is a spot for photos to be taken.

At their engagement session in Downtown Monroe, we had a fun time walking around and getting to know them at that session so I knew their day would be great! Of course, I had to keep Brian to stop talking so we could get their photos done!

We both have our jobs as individuals and also team jobs we do together. It took us a few weddings to get proficient and to be honest…confident, to break off into our individual jobs but we figured it out and this is what works best for us. The island of St Lucia, small compared to other islands but robust with its beauty is the perfect destination for intimate weddings or a couples retreat. St Lucia is at the top of the list when it comes to deciding where to visit for honeymoons. We have visited St Lucia three times with our first time visit photographing a destination wedding.
