I’m excited to bring back the Wedding Photography Giveaway for 2023!

How to enter~
Send an email to Kim Wilhite Photography and tell me about yourselves. I want to hear all about your hobbies and your love stories and your wedding!

Let me know what winning this giveaway could help you with! Tell me what you could spend the extra money on…more flowers, an awesome band, etc.? Tell me the whys and the whats.

Include your date if you have one picked out. If not… know that if you win, you have to pick a date I’m available for.

Here are the details~
First, like what you see. Dig through my website, and go through my Instagram. What you see is what you get… and at the end of the day, the photographs are the only thing left after the party, so, make sure I am the one you want there. If you wouldn’t book me anyway, please do not apply.

Some other official rules and regulations:
• You must be 18 or older to enter.
• Your wedding must take place between now and December 1, 2024 on a date I currently have available.
• Your wedding can take place anywhere in the United States and some worldwide destinations. (Email to check.) YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRAVEL FEES.
• Do NOT enter if you have already booked another photographer.
• Couples who have already booked with me are not eligible.
• The winning couple agrees to be featured online, in publications, and on promotional items for me and my company.
• The wedding photography giveaway prize cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other service or item. It is what it is.
• You must enter before February 10, 2023. Winners will be announced by February 15, 2023.
• You must sign a contract with the agreed upon travel fees and any other add-ons you wish to add included within TEN days of being notified.
• By entering the giveaway, you are agreeing to be bound by these official rules.

What you will recieve~
•8 hours of wedding coverage with me on your wedding day
(Additional hours of photography coverage available as an add-on at your expense.)
•Edited Digital Files with a Print Release delivered via an Online Sharing Gallery
•Engagement Session with Digital Files, Print Release, and Online Gallery

What’s the catch? There is no catch… except… you WILL be responsible for travel fees. They will be reasonable… and will vary widely depending on the location and date. If you want to get an idea of what they will be prior to entering, feel free to shoot me an email, and I’d be happy to give you a quote. (For the record, in some cases, it will be nothing.)
