Newborn sessions are usually the next step of photography my wedding couples need. I enjoy the natural, comfortable feel of these photos with the baby staying in their own environment and pictures of the family…just being a family.

I find the best light in the house which is usually the living room or bedrooms and we start there. Good news for all the new parents – you don’t have to clean your entire home and more than likely not at all. My lifestyle newborn photos are mostly close-ups so you don’t need everything in it’s right place. Life has not been normal since since baby came home and I don’t expect perfection in your home.

I will then spend some time in the nursery taking pictures of all the decor details and with the baby doing baby things like making funny faces and just looking sweet.

Sweet Baby Peyton was such a joy to photography! She was awake during most of the session but she made the entire shoot easy breezy.
