As you can see by the first picture, it was a rainy wedding day for Mallory and Charles…but it did not matter. The day began at Jesus the Good Shepherd Church where the girls began to dress in their bridesmaids dress followed by Mallory slipping on her Stella York wedding gown. It was a timeless gown that included pockets – reducing the question of, what do I do with my hands?
You can see Mallory’s bridal session here – taken at The Mansion at Red Hill in Delhi, La.
After a few portraits of the girls and guys, the ceremony began with a violinist playing as everyone walked down the aisle. Who else loves to hear a violin? I do! It just sets the mood for a comfortable, intimate moment.
Following the ceremony and after family portraits, we headed to Bayou Landing (known as the venue with the view) for a night of celebrating and dancing. It was a great night, ending with a sparkler exit, and here are a few of my favorite images ~
But first, here are the other vendors that helped make Mallory and Charles’ wedding spectacular:
Florist – Rebecca’s Floral Design
Caterer – Bayou Landing
Wedding Cake – The Bakery Boutique
DJ – JJ’s Entertainment
Makeup Artist – Olivia Kemp
Hair Stylist – Andrea Cooley
Wedding Gown – Stella York
